Indoor Escalator
Escalators are responsible for transporting people between vertical levels and are usually designed at angles of 30 and 35 degrees.

Each escalator is composed of treaded steps called “steps.” Indoor escalators are designed to function efficiently in enclosed environments. They are typically used in buildings, shopping centers, cultural centers, educational institutions, and airports.

Since these escalators are not exposed to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, and sunlight, various designs, colors, and features can be added to them. These types of escalators are referred to as “Indoor Escalators.”
Semi-Outdoor Escalator
The use of these escalators has increased in cities, often employed in pedestrian bridges. Semi-outdoor escalators have different installation and setup requirements, including a cover to protect them from moisture and direct sunlight.

Due to their continuous use throughout the day and night, they require more frequent servicing than other types of escalators to minimize downtime. These escalators are referred to as “Semi-Outdoor Escalators.”
Outdoor Escalator
Outdoor escalators are designed to function in open environments and are resistant to natural elements like direct sunlight and moisture.

They must be made from the best components to minimize breakdowns. The sides of these escalators are often used for advertising banners.

They are used in open areas of airports, shopping centers, and other outdoor spaces requiring escalators. These types of escalators are referred to as “Outdoor Escalators.”
